EdSignal provides this data exclusively to ed-tech companies for B2B sales and marketing outreach. Customers of EdSignal agree via our Terms of Service to use the data only for professional outreach to individuals in their official capacity. We do not sell data for consumer marketing, political purposes, or any non-professional use.
We refresh our database on a rolling weekly cycle. If you believe a record about you is inaccurate, you may request correction or removal at any time using the contact information below.
The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) protects student education records. EdSignal does not collect, store, or process any student data. All records in our database relate to school or district staff acting in their professional capacity, which is outside the scope of FERPA.

We store data in a secured database with access controls limited to authorized personnel. We do not transmit raw database files over unencrypted connections. Customer data exports are delivered via encrypted channels.
We retain records for as long as they are accurate and the individual remains in their professional role. Records are flagged for review when we detect a potential job change and are removed or updated within one refresh cycle (typically 7 days).
We share professional contact data with EdSignal customers as the core function of our service. We do not sell data to data brokers, consumer marketers, or political organizations. We do not share data with third parties for purposes other than fulfilling our B2B service.
